Ingredients:
- Basmati rice : 2 cups
- Water : 3 cups
- Butter : 2tbsp
- Finely chopped ginger : 1 tbsp
- Finely chopped garlic : 1 tbsp
- Chopped green chilli : ½ tsp
- Thinly sliced vegetables (cabbage, carrot, beans) : 1 cup
- Fresh green peas : ¼ cup
- Thinly sliced Baby corn : ¼ cup (optional)
- Thinly sliced green bell pepper (capsicum) : 1
- Vinegar : 1 tsp (optional)
- Soya sauce : 1 ½ tbsp
- Chilli sauce : ½ tbsp
- Pepper powder :1 ½ tsp
- Sugar : ½ tsp
- Chopped Spring onion : ½ cup
- Salt as per taste
- Oil : 2 tbsp
- Heat butter in a pan. Fry rice for 2 minutes and cook with 3 cups water and ¼ tsp salt and keep a side.
- Put oil in a pan. When the oil is hot add ginger, garlic. Green chilli, and vegetables (cabbage, carrot, beans, peas) and saute them for 5 minutes. Then add capsicum, baby corn and saute for 2 minutes. Then add vinegar mix well.
- Now add the cooked rice and mix.
- Lastly add soya sauce, chilli sauce, pepper powder. Sugar, salt and spring onion.
- Mix well and serve hot.
